Professional PC Install
Have your new PC installed by the professionals! Simply add this product to your Umart cart, and once you have picked up or received your order, contact Nerd2Go via phone or email to book in your onsite Installation.
Term’s and Condition’s
We are Umart’s exclusive onsite PC repair and installation partner.
Installation Location
Installation of PC on floor or desk, and cable management. Mounting of hardware is not supported.
Activation
Windows activation for Windows 7 or 10. The operating system must be purchased on the same invoices as the computer being installed from Umart Online.
Monitors
The connection of up to two (2) monitors, correct cables must be provided by the customer.
Cancellation
A cancellation notice period of 5 hours is required to reschedule bookings, no refund or reschedule will be provided for appointments canceled with less than 5 hours notice.
Ongoing Support
Connected to internet via Ethernet, or wireless connection is available. Ethernet cable and wireless card must be provided by the customer.
Hardware
If the correct hardware is not provided for the onsite installation, a new booking will be needed and will require the purchase of a second Professional Install product.
